Still revolutionary after 180 years. In 1830, Rangemaster created the world’s first ever range cooker, or “The Kitchener” as it was known. Designed and built by William Flavel, the son of the company’s founding family, it represented a revolution in cooking technology. In an instant, it made cooking quicker, easier and more efficient. The Kitchener even provided the blueprint for the innovative cast-iron technology used by our sister company, AGA.
